Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Clients are required to pay a $100 booking deposit at the time of their booking. This is redeemable upon completion of the service.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occurs 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
Any cancellations by a client that occurs within the 48-hour period will be referred to the Manager. This will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied. (This will be 50-80% of the value of the service scheduled for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled).
Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted the salon to cancel their appointment, or cancel at last minute, being within the 48 hour period), will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied.
Transition Emporium does not issue refunds for cancelled appointments or no shows.
